Please contact us before attempting a return. Items must be returned and received by us within 7 days from the date you received your purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, scent free, no makeup stains, no animal hair/scent, or cigarette smoke, tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging. All returns that meet these conditions are eligible for a store credit, we do not do exchanges, store credit will be issued. Please contact us before attempting a return.
No returns on graphic tees, jewelry, phone grips, holiday themed items, bodysuits, bras, bralettes, swimwear, hair accessories, bath & body, sale items, orders where 20% or more discount was used; these items are final sale.
If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in an additional box, the shoe box may not be used as the only shipping box, the shoe box is considered part of the product.
If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: insufficient address, unable to forward, incorrect address, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or otherwise undeliverable the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to you.
How to Return: We do not issue return labels. Customer is responsible for the return costs. We recommend that you get tracking and/or insure your return in case your package gets lost in transit.
If Free Shipping is used, store credit will be issued less our shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivered date. Please email email@example.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Notification past the 2 day window will not be eligible for a store credit.
We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.
